About the Owner

A Lifetime With Dogs

From growing up with poodles to welcoming senior dogs into the family, dogs have always been part of my life. Today, my two dachshund-chihuahua mixes share our Excelsior home — a dog-centric sanctuary where couches, beds, and yards are all fair game.

Excelsior Paws exists because dogs that need extra love — seniors, the anxious, the special-needs — deserve someone who actually knows what they're doing.

What Families Say

"Megan is a dog lover and enthusiast through and through. My exuberant, overly excited boy meets her with calm and reassuring energy. She responds with patience, giving him the grace to regulate his own emotions. Dogs absolutely love her. She's got a good soul and a kind heart, and I believe the dogs can see that."

Mom to an exuberant Tasmanian devil

"Megan loves animals so much and I always feel good leaving my pup with her and her partner. She is so caring, conscientious, and loving, and our dog is so happy staying at her home. Don't hesitate to book with Megan!"
